Специализируемся на Латинской Америке и глубоко погружены в специфику индустрии. В связи с расширением команды мы ищем Account Manager для развития действующей партнёрской сети в Гондурасе. Задачи Сопровождением и развитием действующей базы платёжных агентов и мобильных кассиров без поиска новых партнёров Поддержанием регулярной коммуникации с агентами, решением возникающих вопросов и проблем Увеличением объёмов трафика и повышением эффективности работы агентов Анализом ключевых показателей, выявлением причин просадок и поиском точек роста Расширением возможностей действующих агентов, в том числе подключением новых платёжных методов Требования Испанский язык от B2, свободное ведение деловой переписки и переговоров Опыт развития действующих B2B-клиентов или партнёров в Account Management, Partner Management или Customer Success Понимание принципов удержания и развития клиентской базы, увеличения объёмов сотрудничества Навыки работы с метриками и KPI, умение анализировать результаты и находить возможности для роста Опыт самостоятельного решения сложных клиентских и операционных вопросов Готовность работать по часовому поясу Гондураса Будет плюсом: Опыт работы в high-risk, FinTech или платёжных сервисах; Опыт взаимодействия с партнёрами из Латинской Америки; Понимание платёжных процессов и работы с транзакционным трафиком Условия Работу в растущей, международно ориентированной компании с возможностями для развития Возможности карьерного роста внутри команды Конкурентную зарплату — обсуждается индивидуально, в зависимости от опыта и компетенций Удалённый формат работы + возможность работать в уютном офисе в Москве График 5/2, 8 часов в день, гибкий старт — работаем на результат, а не по таймеру Продуманную систему адаптации и поддержки на старте #J-18808-Ljbffr Кью Лид
