Job Title: Direct Support Professional (IHS) – Make a Living by Making a Difference! Company: The Center of Love and Hope

We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and reliable Direct Support Professionals to provide Individualized Home Support (IHS) to adults with disabilities in their homes and communities.

What Your Day Might Look Like: No two days are exactly the same! As an IHS Professional, you will be a mentor, a guide, and a companion. Your focus will be on:
- Empowering Independence: Assisting individuals with their unique daily routines, helping them build confidence in their own homes.
- Community Adventures: Getting out and about! Whether it’s going to a local event, grabbing a coffee, shopping, or just enjoying a walk in the park.
- Achieving Goals: Cheering on the individuals you support as they work toward their personal, social, and wellness goals.
- Creating a Safe Space: Providing gentle guidance, emotional support, and a positive environment where people can truly thrive.

- The Skills: You are a great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who treats others with deep dignity and respect.
- The Basics: You are reliable and punctual. (A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, as you’ll be out in the community!)
