Job Summary and Qualifications The TriStar Food & Nutrition Prep Cook will be an experienced and competent professional who is responsible for the preparation, cleanliness, and organization of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. This role will provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees. Job Specific Functions: Reads production sheets and forecasts production needs for assigned areas. Stocks food items for assigned areas. Prepares food items requested for assigned areas according to recipes or suggested guidelines. Performs assigned cleaning by supervisors and must be skilled in equipment operations.
