Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Partner with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to encourage continuity of care at home
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure patients are consistently moving towards their goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Ongoing education and relevant post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications Required

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
