Procurement Compliance & Policy SpecialistThe Opportunity:Interpret and apply Procurement Policy Manual (PPM), FAR and DFARS requirements, CPSR standards, and internal controls to procurement actions. Support internal CPSR readiness activities, including documentation review, corrective actions, and process improvements. Assist with maintaining a CPSR approved business system, Federal Funding and Accountability Transparency Act (FFATA) reporting, job aids, procurement templates, and other forms, tasks, and duties assigned. Review procurement artifacts to ensure compliance, including Sole/Single Source Justifications (SSJ), source selections, market research, price analyses, and approvals. Review procurement files to ensure compliance with current federal regulations and our Procurement Policy Manual (PPM). Assist with policy updates, annual core training, guidance creation, and change management, coordinating with Regulatory Compliance & Reporting. Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of Procurement Compliance within federal contracting. Support training initiatives and new processes or process improvements to the Procurement teams and other Business Partners. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
