When: Every Thursdays Time: 1pm to 3pm Location: 1701 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965 Go to the Front Desk and ask for the General Manager or Guest Services Manager. Main Responsibilities: Greets guests and owners on arrival. Check in/out guests. Generates folio and collects payments. Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel. Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information. Answering phones and directing calls. Qualifications What are we looking for: Proficient English language Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands. 6 months Customer Service Experience. Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Open to flexible shifts, to include day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
