This position is on‑site in Phoenix, AZ. Local only to Phoenix. No Relocation Allowed. Candidate must work AZ time zone business hours. All work must be completed in the United States. Our direct client has an opening for a Business Analyst Exp # 13264. This position is for 4+ months, with option of extension, and will be worked on‑site in Phoenix, AZ. All work must be completed in the United States. Your hourly rate: $45-50/hr W2 or $50-55/hr Corp to Corp. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Preferred Skills: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience. Description: Prepares and delivers informative, well organized presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders including process owners, customers and stakeholders. Coordinates and oversees the work of multiple Business Analysts for large, complex projects. Focuses on solving conflict; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control; remains open to others' ideas and tries new things. Works within guidelines of established methods; obtains, clarifies and provides information within established parameters. Strong customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations. Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization. Proficient analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements. Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user requirements into business, functional and test scenarios for projects of various sizes and complexity.
