Human Resources Specialist 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1478 Salary Range: $42,988.54 To $62,333.39 Annually JOB SUMMARY The Human Resources Specialist provides support in various areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and benefits under the guidance of the Director of Recruitment and Employee Engagement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience/Skills 3 years of hand-on HR or relevant administrative experience Knowledge of local and national laws as they apply Interpersonal and relationship building skills Data analysis of metrics Problem solving and creating solutions Proficient with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking software (ATS) License/Certification None Credit must be in good standing.
