Human Resources Generalist (IMMEDIATE START: TEMP)

Responsibilities Serve as point of contact on HR inquiries related to policies, accommodations, and other HR procedures.

Maintain, update, and audit employee data across HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Process new hire, termination, and general personnel updates in the HR system.

Triage and elevate employee issues to HR subject matter experts.

Assist with employee communication for the HR team.

Support HR Business Partners as needed.

Support reporting and data requests.

Complete and manage unemployment claims.

Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and I‑9 documentation.

Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Subject matter expertise in HR laws and compliance.

Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Service mindset; enthusiastic about answering employee questions and improving clarity.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, excellent time‑management skills; able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
