What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning Deliver an organized, consistent onboarding experience Monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements Employee Relations & Leadership Support Coach leaders through employee relations matters and workplace issues Conduct investigations and support corrective action and termination decisions Apply company policies consistently and fairly Resolve complex employee situations with professionalism and sound judgment HR Operations & Compliance Support employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle Manage onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and policy administration Coordinate leave programs including Workers' Compensation, TDI, FMLA, ADA, and accommodations Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Identify risks and recommend practical solutions Business Partnership Build strong relationships with employees and leaders across the organization Support leadership development and accountability initiatives Assist with workforce reporting and HR metrics Partner with Payroll and Shared Services to ensure accurate employee information Participate in special projects that improve the business What We’re Looking For Required 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Ability to independently manage sensitive employee matters Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong business judgment and decision-making ability Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification Experience supporting construction, restoration, manufacturing, or other operational environments Experience supporting multi-site or rapidly growing organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Restoration Hawaii
