Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a professional presence. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue temporary access materials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor entry records. Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production‑area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Support compliance with facility entry requirements, including visitor sign‑in procedures, restricted‑area access protocols, and applicable personal protective equipment requirements. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
