Associate Recruiter: Weatherby

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to support recruiting providers for locum tenens positions within the Weatherby Healthcare division. The role supports building a pipeline of qualified providers, responding to inquiries, and delivering a strong candidate experience. Responsibilities Generate calling lists and searches to build a pipeline of qualified providers. Respond to new inquiries from potential candidates who connect through our website. Contact leads, new and old providers to gain interest and commitment to work with Weatherby. Source new providers to build and develop the provider database. Achieve monthly goals/KPI’s. Qualifications Experience and comfort with heavy phone activity including cold calling. Persuasive and professional written and oral communication skills. Strong database management skills with a large-scale database system. Experience with MS Word and spreadsheet programs such as Excel. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic. Preferred College degree. One‑year work experience in sales or sales support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong multi‑tasking skills to manage multiple projects and large amounts of information and documentation. Pay & Compensation Pay range: $49,920 – $65,100 annually, with variation based on location and job‑related factors. Total target compensation may include base pay, commission, and bonuses.
