Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA - Langhorne (RF: 3260)

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position supporting elementary‑aged students in the Langhorne, PA area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a permanent placement opportunity working within specialized autistic support classrooms serving students in grades K–3. This 10‑month school‑year position offers summers off with salary distributed over a 12‑month period, school holidays off, additional paid time off, and accrued sick leave. The annual salary range is $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or eligible to obtain certification within 90 days Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Education, or a related field Relevant behavioral experience required Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder required Responsibilities: Provide classroom consultation regarding behavior supports, behavior intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans Deliver training and ongoing support to instructional staff and families Support program development through data collection, analysis, and data‑based decision making Coach educational staff to ensure consistent implementation and fidelity of behavior support plans Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and instructional assistants as appropriate Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations to educational planning Monitor student progress and make recommendations for program modifications as needed Perform other duties as assigned by program administration #J-18808-Ljbffr Humanus
