Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Coordinate follow‑up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives. Maintainaccuraterecords of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system. Employ best practices to ensure proper targeting andappropriate reimbursementpractices. SupportEAMs in conducting market research and competitor analysis. Gather and organize feedback from customers to share with the sales and product development teams. Assistin organizing and executing events such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and training sessions. Prepare andmaintainsales reports, presentations, and materials for meetingsincludingregular sales forecasts and performance opportunities to the Executive Area Manager. Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning for sales‑related activities. Ensure all materials and equipment are prepared and available for eventsusingapproved corporate literature, scientific data and presentations to customerand potential customers with approved claims from HA. Develop an in‑depth understanding of the ETS’s skin substitute products and services. Build andmaintainstrong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in the healthcare community. Facilitate the order process by entering and tracking orders, resolving discrepancies, and ensuringtimelydelivery. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and advancements in wound care. Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS todemonstratekey understanding of the marketplace and places of opportunities. Ensure that all activities conform to company guidelines, travel/expenseguidelinescompliance standards, Code ofEthicsand federal/state/local laws. Your Profile: BS/BA inbusiness, healthcare, or a related fieldor equivalent experiencerequired. 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry. 1-2years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industrypreferred. Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including scheduling and organizing events, is an advantage. Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating reports, presentations, and managing schedules. Experience with CRM systems (e.g.,Dynamics,Salesforce or similar) to manage accounts, track sales activities, andmaintainrecords. Comfort with virtual communication tools (Microsoft Teams) for meetings and presentations. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to support events or meetings. Flexibility to accommodate travel or work outside standard business hours whenrequired. Previousexperience in startup and medium sized companies.
