Service Coordinator

Salary Range: $75K – $100K What You Bring: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, construction management, or similar field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in property management, construction, or a related field. Must be detailed oriented, organized, and possess strong computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Must possess or be willing to seek and obtain a Top-Secret security clearance. Key Responsibilities Manage all recurring service contracts as assigned for the site. Communicate and coordinate schedules with the on-site team, building staff, and tenant as appropriate. Coordinate site access for contractors and arrange government monitors as required. Inspect the performance of all assigned contracted services; to include communication with the team and hired contractors. Review procedures and ensure work is being performed up to standards. Periodical bidding of contracted services to ensure standards, pricing and best practices within industry are always attained. Prepare and distribute contracts for signature and executed contracts for records.Create purchase orders in Nexus Payables and review invoices for accuracy. Administer insurance requirements and receipt of Certificates of Insurance Scan/file documents on common shared drives and maintain organization. Update the contract and service schedule tracking logs and present to the team on a monthly basis. Attend department meetings and report on all upcoming service schedules. Discuss the performance of contractors with the team during and prior to contract expirations. Assist the Managers with budget numbers for recurring contracted services. Assume other special activities or responsibilities that may be requested. Willing to carry a cell phone to respond to emergencies and work weekends and off hours to support the facility as needed.
