At times, mandatory overtime may be required, and flexible schedules are a must. Hours may change based on business needs.The current schedule is generally M-TH 6:00am - 4:30pm. Schedule subject to change to meet the needs of the business. Overtime may be required from time to time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Packaging and labeling products.Washing dishes and small wares.Assist with scheduled cleaning of facilityAttention to detail and product quality. This is critical to the role.Perform and record regular quality checks.Adjust process according to quality results to achieve target quality parameters.After a successful period of training, set up, shut down, and clean up equipment for daily production.General maintenance of equipment as required.Any other duties assigned by the Production Manager or Leads.Qualifications:Must be 21+ years of age with a current MED Badge or the ability to obtain one.Manufacturing experience, with food manufacturing experience a plus!Able to stand for hours at a time, work in a hot environment, and lift 50 lbs.Read and write English to be able to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures.Must be reliable and able to attend the workplace in person daily.What you'll love about us:We are a team of competent, motivated, diverse, and decent adults.Named as one of America's Top Cannabis Employers of 2022, we offer: competitive compensation, PTO, 13 paid holidays, paid sick leave, paid parental leave, 80% paid medical benefits and 100% paid dental and vision benefits, 401k and a fun working environment.
