We are a proud, physical therapist-owned practice that primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance. Our experienced team of professionals, which includes two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, focuses on collaboration and patient-centered care.

Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our San Francisco office, providing a dynamic and interactive atmosphere for both patients and staff. Our facility is designed with modern treatment areas that facilitate a variety of therapeutic techniques. You will be working regular hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual goals and treatment needs.
• Manage a manageable caseload, serving one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that include evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at improving patients' mobility and strength.
• Educate patients on the importance of injury prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Thoroughly document all care services provided, ensuring compliance with EMR system standards.
• Encourage patients through motivational support, fostering a positive treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses on individuals recovering from orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, injury recovery, and chronic pain management. We work closely with a diverse patient population, ensuring that each individual receives tailored treatment that addresses their unique needs and promotes sustainable health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid physical therapy license in California.
• Demonstrate a clean professional record with no board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exhibit strong skills in manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement effective exercise protocols.
• Have proficient experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.
• Evidence of continuous professional development and specialization in orthopedic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
