As an Area Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind multiple Aroma Joe's locations—developing standout Team Leaders, coaching crews to their best, and creating the kind of customer experiences people come back for. You'll lead daily operations across high-volume stores, hit financial and staffing goals, and shape the culture at each location. You'll also play a key part in growing your teams from the ground up—recruiting, interviewing, and hiring the people who'll carry the brand forward. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills: Seeking a candidate with exceptional interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively coaching and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Leadership: Proven track record of successful team leadership and operational management. Experience: Three or more years of experience managing multiple units. At least one year of experience as a barista or in a relevant role is required. Business Skills: Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to manage operating costs and drive profitability. Customer Service Excellence: Deep understanding of customer service principles and commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for creating reports, managing schedules, and analyzing data. Adaptability: Possesses the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, according to business needs. Pressure Management: Ability to remain composed and maintain high performance under pressure. Communication and Reporting: Strong organizational and communication skills with the capability to meet deadlines and complete reports accurately and on time. Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and working with vendors to ensure operational efficiency. Quality Control: Ability to implement and maintain quality control standards across all locations to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction. Transportation: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to travel between locations as needed. Background Check: Must pass a background check with a clear record.
