Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead our landscape construction crew, oversee projects from start to finish, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship and enjoys building beautiful outdoor spaces, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on residential and commercial projects.
Read and interpret landscape plans, layouts, and project specifications.
Construct retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, steps, drainage systems, irrigation systems, and other hardscape features.
Operate heavy equipment and power tools, including excavators, skid steers, compactors, saws, and other landscaping equipment.
Train, mentor, and motivate crew members while maintaining productivity and quality.
Coordinate daily tasks, materials, equipment, and job site logistics.
Communicate professionally with customers and management regarding project progress and any job site concerns.
Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

3+ years of landscape construction experience required.
Previous crew lead or foreman experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of hardscape construction, grading, drainage, and irrigation installation.
Experience operating excavators, skid steers, and other landscape construction equipment.
Ability to read landscape plans and perform accurate layout work.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license required; clean driving record preferred. CDL is a plus.
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
