Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of enterprise software development experience.\nProven experience leading technical design and architecture for enterprise applications.\nStrong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.\nStrong frontend development experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nDeep experience with SQL Server, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.\nExperience designing and governing enterprise APIs and system integrations.\nExperience defining application architecture patterns and technical standards.\nDemonstrated ownership of major technical decisions from design through implementation.\nStrong understanding of application security including OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, OWASP, and secure coding practices.\nExperience leading teams, mentoring developers, conducting design reviews, and influencing engineering direction.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum environments using Git and Jira.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions and architectural tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise web applications across both frontend and backend technologies. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring a strong combination of software engineering expertise, solution design ownership, and team leadership.\n\nThe ideal candidate has recent experience leading the design of complex enterprise applications, making key architectural decisions, defining engineering standards, and mentoring development teams while remaining actively involved in development and delivery.\n\nThis individual will partner closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. They will be expected to own technical direction, lead design discussions, evaluate architectural tradeoffs, and guide modernization efforts across the application portfolio.\n\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end solution design and architecture for enterprise web applications.\nDrive technical design decisions across frontend, backend, database, integration, and cloud components.\nDesign and implement scalable applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.\nOwn API architecture, governance, integration patterns, and security standards across systems.\nLead modernization initiatives, application upgrades, and architectural transformations.\nEvaluate architectural tradeoffs and recommend technical solutions aligned with business objectives.\nEstablish and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, and development guidelines.\nConduct design reviews and provide technical mentorship to development teams.\nPartner with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.\nLead troubleshooting and performance optimization efforts across UI, APIs, databases, and integrations.\nSupport Agile ceremonies, technical planning sessions, estimation, and delivery management.\nEnsure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability across solutions.\nDrive CI/CD adoption, cloud implementation strategies, and operational excellence initiatives
