Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Aviation Job Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Aviation plays a strategic role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support the organization’s growth and objectives within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, this role provides expert guidance on recruitment best practices, drives continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions across the organization, with a focus on aviation, aerospace, and manufacturing roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market research to stay informed about talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity, and advise managers on market trends and effective hiring practices. Leverage technology tools and digital platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter, to optimize sourcing efforts and enhance the candidate experience. Design and execute candidate generation strategies to proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects, including employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvement efforts. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process and actively promote the organization’s image as an employer of choice. Analyze recruitment performance metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve overall recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hire. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining high standards of service and communication. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, define selection criteria, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders by providing consultative support, regular updates, and informed recommendations on talent acquisition matters. Essential Skills 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, including managing complex and high-volume roles. Proven experience recruiting within the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Strong expertise in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation. Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital recruitment tools, including ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment with minimal supervision. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders. Strong client focus with a results‑driven and innovative mindset. Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices. Team‑oriented approach with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in French and English for roles based in Montreal. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred but not required. Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements. Experience designing and executing candidate generation strategies to build talent pipelines. Ability to analyze recruitment performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating effectively both in person and remotely. Work Environment This role operates in a hybrid work environment, combining three days per week in the office with two days of remote work. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and business stakeholders in a collaborative, fast‑paced setting that supports the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. The position relies heavily on digital recruitment technologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms, to drive efficient and effective talent acquisition processes. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Opa Locka, FL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
