We’re looking for a highly motivated Accounts Payables (A/P) Specialist to join the accounting team of a highly recognized supplier in the distribution industry, a company known for quality, reliability, and a vibrant workplace culture. What You’ll Be Doing Manage full-cycle accounts payables —from receiving and verifying invoices to cutting checks and reconciling vendor accounts Review and match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Maintain organized records for all vendor transactions and ensure timely payments Work closely with purchasing, receiving, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies Prepare weekly A/P aging reports and assist with month-end close processes Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items Assist with annual audits , providing documentation and reports as needed What You Bring to the Table Minimum 4 years of recent, hands-on A/P experience in a full desk role Prior experience in the distribution, logistics, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred Solid understanding of 3-way matching , invoice processing, and payment cycles Proficiency in accounting software (Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays Internal growth potential, we love promoting from within How to Apply Are you ready to make an impact and grow your career with a company that values your expertise and enthusiasm?
