Position Marketing Manager Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Marketing in delivering high-quality projects efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate will excel in time management and multitasking, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are completed within designated timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality. In this high-paced environment, you will be responsible for streamlining project workflows, optimizing resources, and effectively coordinating cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing demands will be essential to driving our marketing success. Essential Duties Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Develop detailed project plans, including task management, schedule management, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Address project bottlenecks and challenges promptly to maintain momentum. Communicate project status and updates regularly to stakeholders and senior management. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals. Analyze project performance and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Be prepared to take on additional marketing tasks as needed to support overall team objectives. Will also perform other assignments that may be assigned from time to time by the senior management. Working Hours, Working Style 9:00~18:00 (Exempt) Working Location Cerritos, CA Salary/Benefit $76,960~$91,520 Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO (10 days in the first year) Holidays Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or similar field required Five (5) + years’ of experience in project management Five (5) + years’ of experience in marketing Proven experience as a project manager or similar role, managing complex marketing projects. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
