HR Generalist / Recruiter

JSG is hiring an Aerospace HR Generalist / Recruiter - Onsite in Simi Valley, CA.The Aerospace HR Generalist / Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day human resources support in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role partners with hiring managers to attract top talent, support employee relations, ensure compliance, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, technical, and corporate positions.Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities.Lead onboarding and new hire orientation processes.Support employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and aerospace industry regulations.Assist with benefits administration, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.Track recruiting metrics and support HR reporting.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience.Experience recruiting technical or engineering talent preferred.Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.Pay rate: $30-$42 DOE#D800#LI-DR1JSG offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, short-term disability, 401(k), weekly pay, and more.
