Key Responsibilities

Optimize revenue streams through strategic planning and detailed analysis
Implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability
Collaborate enthusiastically with cross-functional teams to boost revenue growth
Conduct weekly calls with General Managers to align strategies
Use advanced revenue management systems and tools to support decisions
Prepare and present insightful revenue reports to senior management

Qualifications

Proven experience in revenue management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Previous hotel industry experience required
High school degree or equivalent
MUST HAVE MARRIOTT and IHG experience
