Position Summary
Job Opening:
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Specialist
Hours: First Shift (
6a-6p) OR Second shift (6p-6a).
Pay : Starting at $30/hr (with 10-20 hours of guaranteed overtime weekly)
Weekly pay; full medical, dental, and vision after 90 days employment; union membership dues not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures
- Maintain production equipment including presses, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and automated systems
Systems:
Electrical Systems
- 480V / 3-phase systems, motor controls, and electrical panels, control circuits, relays, contactors, sensors, safety devices, basic PLC troubleshooting (fault finding, I/O checks, resets)
Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
- Pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, regulators, actuators
Mechanical & Fabrication
- Bearings, chains, belts, couplings, and drive systems
- Fabricate or modify parts using welding, cutting, and basic machining
Preventive Maintenance & Reliability
- Perform scheduled PMs and inspections
- Identify potential failures before they occur
- Support continuous improvement and uptime initiatives
