We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly organized, and knowledgeable about automotive financing, leasing, aftermarket products, and dealership compliance.

As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with customers, sales staff, lenders, and dealership management to ensure a smooth and professional vehicle purchasing experience while maximizing finance and insurance department profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain financing and leasing options to customers.

• Work with banks, credit unions, and other lenders to secure competitive financing.

• Review credit applications and structure deals based on lender requirements.

• Sell finance and insurance products, including service contracts, GAP protection, and other approved products.

• Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate and completed in compliance with federal, state, and dealership requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.

• Work closely with the Sales Department to facilitate a seamless customer experience.

• Protect dealership assets and minimize financial and compliance risk.

• Meet or exceed monthly F&I production, gross profit, and CSI objectives.

• Maintain accurate records and follow all dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive finance/F&I experience required.

• Strong understanding of automotive financing and leasing.

• Knowledge of lender programs, credit processes, and F&I products.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Valid sales license.
