Finance Manager

Position Overview The Shrine of St. Bernadette in Albuquerque, NM, is hiring a full‑time Catholic Finance Manager to oversee parish financial policies, payroll, and reporting. The role requires an accounting degree or 10+ years of experience. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly and annual financial statements. Payroll & Benefits: Process and oversee payroll, timekeeping, and employee benefits administration. Employee Management: Manage and coordinate office/administrative staff when necessary. Collaboration: Work directly with parish leadership and the Archdiocese of Santa Fe Finance team. Qualifications Faith Requirements: Practicing Catholic in good standing. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial statement analysis, payroll oversight, and employee management.
