Part-Time Bookkeeper

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL Schedule: Part-Time (around 18-20 hours per week) About Us: A-lumination Electric is a busy, growing electrical contracting company that takes pride in doing quality work for our customers. We're looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to help us keep our finances organized and running smoothly. What You'll Do: Keep our books up to date – recording invoices, payments, and expenses Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Assist with payroll and make sure things are recorded correctly Prepare simple financial reports so we know where things stand Work with our owner and outside accountant for taxes and end-of-year reports What We're Looking For: Experience using QuickBooks Desktop Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills Comfortable working independently and managing your own time A friendly attitude and good communication skills Experience working with contractors or small businesses House & Pay: Part-time: about 18-20 hours per week (flexible days and hours) in office Competitive hourly pay based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
