Licensure & Certifications: Current RN License in Louisiana, BLS from the American Heart Association

Experience: Prior OR nursing experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $61.10

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within OR settings.
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care strategies.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to plan, execute, and evaluate patient care activities.
• Delegate tasks effectively and supervise licensed and ancillary team members.
• Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and procedural standards.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy during surgical procedures.
• Document all care activities accurately and thoroughly.

What You Need

• Required:
• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience working in an operating room environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred:
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in OR settings
• Additional clinical certifications relevant to perioperative nursing
