Responsibilities • Design and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision, including making observations and analyzing data. • Prepare and present technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses; maintain complete and accurate records. • Troubleshoot problems and institute corrective actions. • Work collaboratively in a team environment by providing creative solutions and input to project planning. • Contribute to process improvement suggestions and assist in identifying patentable inventions. • Train colleagues and monitor work to ensure quality and continuous adherence to the Quality First Time principle. • Exercise judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for complex problems.

Requirements • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences • Experience : 2-4 years of relevant post-college job experience. • Technical Skills : Proficiency in a range of specialized wet laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, using a balance and stir plate, etc.); capable of searching scientific literature; skilled with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. • Soft Skills : Good communication and presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, coachable, collaborative, and a proven ability and desire to learn. • PREFERRED : Experience with SAFe/Agile planning processes and reporting frameworks
