- Shift: Day, 4x10-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:00), Monday Thursday, approximately 3 days outpatient, 1 day supervision of stress tests, and on-call coverage
- Hours/Week: 40 hours
- Employment Type: Contract
- License/Certs: NY License, Board Certified in Cardiology, Epic Experience, AHA or RQI certifications
- Experience: Preferred > 5 years in cardiology, outpatient and hospital settings; able to read cardiac imaging studies (nuclear stress tests preferred but not required)
- Hourly Rate: $281.58
- Pay Package: Discussed upon application

- Provide outpatient cardiology care approximately three days per week
- Supervise and interpret stress tests, including nuclear stress tests (support if unable to read NUCs)
- Cover hospital consultation services on an ad hoc basis
- Support on-call coverage from 4 pm to 8 am as needed
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Ensure high-quality patient care within the hospital and outpatient environments
Required:
- NY medical license in hand
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- Epic EMR experience
- AHA or RQI certifications
- Proven work history with no gaps over 30 days
- Relevant experience (preferably > 5 years)
- Ability to read cardiac imaging, including nuclear stress tests
- Experience supervising stress tests and outpatient cardiology clinics
This position involves outpatient cardiology clinics, supervising stress tests, and hospital consultation services located in Potsdam and Massena, NY. The provider will work in a collaborative environment supporting cardiac care at a leading facility in the region. The schedule is designed for consistency, with four 10-hour day shifts per week, supporting a balanced work-life dynamic.
