About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Growth and Digital Transformation within its Delivery function. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the global scaling of digital transformations, particularly in the life sciences sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, process optimization, and leading strategic discussions for large-scale enterprise projects. A key focus will be on the 'land and expand' strategy, partnering with executive accounts to identify new service offerings and drive revenue growth. The role also involves resource and capacity planning, team building, and upskilling, as well as stakeholder and vendor management. The VP will be expected to have a strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in a commercial environment. Applicants for this role at the company should have 8-10 years' of executive leadership experience in managing large-scale software delivery and digital transformations, with a preference for a master's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing global teams, optimizing delivery budgets, and a deep understanding of enterprise software products and deployment lifecycles.
