We're Growing in the Bay Area We're seeking a motivated Business Developer to help expand our landscape maintenance business throughout the Bay Area. If you're a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and exceeding goals, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Drive new business growth throughout the Bay Area, focusing on distribution, manufacturing, and light industrial clients. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and commercial property owners. Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, and industry events. Conduct client presentations, lunch-and-learns, and attend trade shows to generate new opportunities. Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to develop profitable solutions for clients. Organize and manage a consistent sales pipeline and activity schedule to achieve growth objectives. What We're Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales experience or experience in a customer-facing service role preferably in the landscape maintenance industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and passion for business development. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and develop creative solutions. Ability to work flexible hours to attend networking events and client functions. What We Offer Base salary: $90,000 – $111,000 plus generous commission structure.
