Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and mental health assessments, ensuring the formulation of accurate diagnoses to inform effective treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of your clients, regularly updating them based on ongoing assessments.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client sessions weekly, balancing individual, family, and group therapy formats to best support client progress.

• Provide exceptional client service while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and medical personnel, to ensure continuity of care.

• Employ innovative therapeutic techniques and creative interventions that empower clients to set and achieve personal goals.

• Document all client sessions following organizational policies and procedures, including detailing treatment notes, progress reports, and case summaries.

• Engage in regular team meetings to share best practices, discuss case management strategies, and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist credentialed in the state of New York is required.
