Security Guard LeadAs a Security Guard Lead, you will lead a team of employees, ensure best safety practices, motivate team members, assess performance, and assist management.Chanhassen, MinnesotaFull time$20-$22.50 per hour, depending upon qualifications and previous military and/or law enforcement experience.ResponsibilitiesMotivate and coach direct reports on day to day tasksAble to own incident reports and instruct others on its workflowAnalyze and assess Firewall policy and rule base setsOversee completion of day-to-day checklist including log review, vulnerability management activities, management report scheduling and running, alert analysis, filter modifications, and escalation follow up activity statusProvide point of escalation for security Monitoring AnalystsMaintain and enforce adherence to Corporate Security Operations Center standards, policies, and proceduresOversee updates to documentation of the Security Operations ManualRemain up to date on latest security information in order to validate the security analysis and identification capabilities of the security operations technologiesIdentifying security architecture and implementation gaps, vulnerabilities, and risksQualificationsQualifications for security team leadStrong written and oral ability to convey technical information to non-technical personnelAbility to obtain a State of CPR and AED certificatesAbility to interact well with others as it is a customer-service-oriented positionDemonstrate knowledge of basic principles and practices in the security fieldExercise sound judgment in handling crisis situations.Skilled in speaking with Guests of various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgroundsAbility to listen and observe in order to meet the varying needs of guest and propertyAbility to handle complaints and refer to the appropriate departmental when necessaryAbility to use portable radioDemonstrated background in securityWillingness and ability to travel to other locations/properties as requiredAbility to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of timeAbility to stoop, reach and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to climb stairsAbility to speak clearly and distinctlyMust be able to work outside in all types of weatherAbility to react in emergency situationsPescatarian work environment while on the Paisley Park campus.
