We're seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative to drive growth with strategic customers and end users. In this role, you'll develop account strategies, lead consultative sales engagements, and deliver solutions that help customers achieve their efficiency and sustainability objectives. What will you do? Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned accounts, coordinating resources to maximize portfolio opportunities Lead consultative sales processes with operations and C-level stakeholders, positioning solutions that deliver measurable value Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close, leveraging partner ecosystems and market strategies Build and maintain deep customer relationships through proactive account management and stakeholder engagement Key skills we are looking for: Communication – advanced level; articulating value propositions to technical and executive audiences Financial Acumen – advanced level; analyzing customer financials to shape compelling business cases Negotiation – advanced level; closing complex deals while balancing customer needs and business objectives Sales Funnel Management – advanced level; orchestrating opportunities from pipeline through execution Sales Prospecting – advanced level; identifying and qualifying strategic opportunities within target accounts Consultative Selling – intermediate level; uncovering customer challenges and positioning tailored solutions Customer Relationship Management – intermediate level; maintaining engagement across multiple stakeholders and touchpoints Account Management – intermediate level; coordinating cross‑functional resources to deliver customer outcomes What qualifications will make you successful?
