Creative Strategist This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Strategist based in Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who combines strategic thinking with strong graphic design and motion skills. You'll lead creative communication and deliver high-quality visual assets for fast-paced advertising campaigns. The role offers the chance to shape creative angles, translate concepts into compelling ads, and influence campaign performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Performance data will play a key role in refining creative direction and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and confident working in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. This role is particularly suited to someone with experience creating impactful work for consumer packaged goods (CPG) audiences. Accountabilities Serve as the primary point of contact for creative communication, coordination, and work delivery, primarily through Slack. Help translate advertising concepts into compelling creative angles aligned with campaign objectives. Develop high-quality static designs and motion graphics for a range of advertising campaigns. Review advertising performance reports and turn insights into clear, actionable creative recommendations. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks early, and proactively communicate issues before they affect delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work is delivered consistently, efficiently, and to a high standard. Track performance data, identify emerging trends, and adapt creative strategies based on results. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing Creative Strategist role. 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced CPG environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating design work created for US-based CPG brands. Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect creative execution with advertising performance. Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to communication. Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, prioritize competing demands, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent, C-level English communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong project management capabilities. Availability to work full-time with working hours aligned to EST.
