Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives Prospect for and develop new business opportunities Design and implement territory-specific market development strategies Acquire and onboard new commercial customer accounts Cultivate long-term customer loyalty and retention Monitor and elevate service delivery standards Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Establish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietors Inspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives Drive team performance toward established objectives Enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis Develop and execute targeted business action plans Oversee relationships with high-value strategic accounts Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures Support loss prevention initiatives Promote and ensure a safe working environment Requirements Demonstrated success in external sales and team leadership roles Automotive industry experience strongly preferred Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, profit and loss statements, and gross margin data #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
