Labor & Employment Associate

Overview The role involves providing advice and counsel to employers and handling single-plaintiff, complex, collective, and/or class action litigation and proceedings on their behalf. Required experience includes employment law litigation, with an emphasis on single-plaintiff, complex and/or class and collective action matters, alongside work on advice and counsel, administrative charges, policy reviews, and investigations. Practical litigation experience, including handling court conferences, depositions, mediations, dispositive motions, and trials, or wage and hour experience, is a plus.
