Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, where you will travel to various patient homes within the Palm Bay area. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for your patients, emphasizing early intervention and timely evaluations.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, ensuring a detailed understanding of their medical history and needs. This includes performing accurate re-evaluations and interpreting results effectively within your licensure scope.
• Engage in meticulous chart reviews and data collection to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to communicate patient history, therapy progress, and specific needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of medically complex conditions, focusing on contraindications and precautions relevant to each patient's situation.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand the rehabilitation process and encouraging their active participation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist with Move Right Therapy, Inc., you will work closely with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Completion of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal relations, and organizational capabilities.
• A capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
