Posizione: Consulente Freelance – Ricerca & Selezione del Personale (Partita IVA) Per ampliamento del nostro network, siamo alla ricerca di consulenti freelance con esperienza nella ricerca e selezione del personale, interessati a collaborare in modo autonomo e flessibile. Gestione autonoma dell’intero processo di selezione (raccolta job description, screening CV, colloqui, presentazione candidati) Sviluppo e gestione del proprio portafoglio clienti Consulenza HR personalizzata alle aziende clienti Gestione delle trattative e follow-up Esperienza pregressa nella ricerca e selezione del personale (preferibile in agenzia o come freelance) Partita IVA attiva Ottime capacità relazionali e commerciali Autonomia organizzativa e orientamento ai risultati Familiarità con strumenti digitali e piattaforme di recruiting Collaborazione flessibile e completamente autonoma Supporto operativo e confronto continuo Possibilità di crescita all’interno del network Compensi provvigionali competitivi I consulenti operano in totale autonomia nella ricerca dei propri clienti.
