Accounting Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company in Romeoville on an accounting specialist search. This is a temporary to hire role and onsite. They are looking for assistance in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate payment information for both accounts payable and receivable
- Follow up calls/emails on accounts with vendors and customers
- Discrepancy research and resolution
- Reconcile statements and customer accounts
- Communicate with customers, vendors and internal employees
Requirements:
- 2 years + of experience in AP and AR
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
- Must be very detailed and accurate
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
Pay range: $25-$28/hour
