ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013 after beginning my professional career as an attorney. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia and later attended the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. I’ve been a member of the Missouri Bar since 2004, and my legal background has given me a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and helping people navigate important decisions.

Outside of work, I’m married with two amazing daughters, and you can often find our family supporting them at their volleyball activities. Staying connected to our community is important to us. Our agency participates in local Chamber events, BBQ competitions, and State Farm-sponsored events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bret Farrar - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
