Job Description
24/7 Services is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. You’ll be the hub between customers, technicians, and the schedule — keeping our plumbers on time and our customers informed.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Dispatch technicians to jobs based on location, urgency, and skill set
• Track job status throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate with customers about arrival windows and delays
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch/scheduling software
• Handle emergency calls and prioritize urgent requests
Requirements:
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with phones, computers, and scheduling software. Service titan knowledge is a plus
• Experience in dispatch, customer service, or the trades industry a plus
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable and punctual
