Client Experience Supervisor

Leading a team of Client Experience Leads, the full-time remote Client Experience Supervisor will oversee hiring, training, and development while ensuring a seamless transaction process from contract to close. Key responsibilities: Supervise and manage the Client Experience Leads, including hiring, training, and performance reviews Act as the main point of contact for client experience services, addressing escalations and promoting service adoption among agents Continuously evaluate and improve procedures based on customer feedback and collaboration with other teams Required qualifications: 5-7 years of business experience with 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred Prior experience in real estate and customer service strongly preferred Proven ability to coach and motivate staff while managing a remote team effectively Experience navigating multiple software systems with a high level of competency Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various departments and manage competing demands
