About the Role

We service and maintain:

Residential furnaces, air conditioners
Heat pumps and minisplits
Communicating and advanced control systems

This position is ideal for:

Experienced residential service technicians

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Communicate findings clearly with customers and deliver a 5-star experience
Complete electronic invoicing, forms, and job documentation
Uphold company policies and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

2+ years of HVAC experience
EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and some rooftop comfortability
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Work Schedule

Full-time
Standard weekday schedule
Rotating on-call availability
