Senior Accountant

Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency in sunny San Diego, CA, is look for talented Sr. Staff Accountant to join our team. This individual will support our Accounting and Financial team with accurately completing company financials. This position is fully remote. To be successful you should have excellent communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have strong experience in GL reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Excel. Responsibilities Assist the Assistant Controller with day-to-day, monthly and year end operations including the financial audit Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, including Bank Statements, Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses and Accruals Prepare various corporate related analyses and schedules, as needed Assist with maintenance and organization of accounting files Maintain communication with internal and external partners Probe and address any vendor issues and discrepancies Experience/Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting, Business Administration or related field NetSuite experience required Solution 7 experience desired but not required 3-6 years of accounting experience with GL Reconciliations, AP, AR, and Multi Entity Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft ExcelStrong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives in a remote workplace atmosphere Why Ignite Visibility?
