HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE BENEFITS)
U.S. Marine Corps
Duties
You will be providing retirements/benefits counseling to assigned customers in the Civilian Employee Benefits areas.
You will make recommendations to supervisor, ensure recommended solutions are in accordance with latest guidance and federal regulations.
You will mentor and train junior staff.
You will conduct formal benefits and retirement sustainment training for staff as well as Staffing teams.
You will prepare and conduct briefings regarding retirement and benefits for serviced employees.
You will serve as troubleshooter for retirement and benefits issues.
