Sr. Manager Human Resources

Role Overview The Pall Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing Human Resources and Employee Relations support to the Pall Timonium manufacturing site. The role participates in and supports the development and implementation of employee relations policies, programs, and services, including recruitment, legal compliance, employee engagement, and communications. This position reports to the HR Director and is an on-site role in Timonium, Maryland. Responsibilities Deliver training programs in compliance with corporate training initiatives, including annual compliance training. Drive recruitment efforts, including designing and executing local market career events to build Pall’s brand and reputation. Provide training and coaching for associates and leaders on employee relations, career planning, talent development, and performance management, including underperformance management. Advise associates and leaders on recent changes to company policies and practices to achieve high adoption and compliance. Support regional and global HR initiatives, introducing new processes and participating on global, cross‑functional, and cross‑regional teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in human resources delivering the HR agenda for a workforce of greater than 100 full‑time employees. 3+ years of HR leadership experience overseeing the HR agenda in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment. Demonstrated ability to coach employees at all levels on performance matters and performance management. Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of changing competitive market conditions impacting talent attraction and retention. Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with all levels of management and employees. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred. Benefits Pall offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans. Compensation Salary range is $105,000–130,000. This range may be modified in the future. The role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
